Chuck is a USAF veteran with over 25 years of business technology leadership experience with extensive training in IT and management; having a passion for leading people in efforts where the teams have created or implemented solutions that have positively impacted tens-of-millions of people worldwide. He has served as Past President of Hampton Roads PMI Chapter since 2013. Chuck volunteers locally with the ENACTUS group at Regent University to assist them with their community impacting projects.
Chuck has led teams in the military, not for profits, SMBs, and Fortune 100 companies on small projects for a few tens of thousands of dollars to large multi-million dollar projects. He has received multiple internal awards from the organizations he has served over the years, and he and his teams have won several notable national, regional, and state awards including CIO Magazine, CIO 100 Honoree; Inside Business, Forty Under 40 Honoree; and APTS, Edge Award for innovative use of digital technology.
