Jeremy Niedzwiecki will present "Challenges of Executing Projects with SMBs" at PDC 2019: Convergence.
About the Presentation
When executing projects with small and medium businesses, the project manager can encounter several obstacles that are unique to dealing with those organizations. At times the traditional processes and procedures get thrown out the door for the sake of cost and execution. This session will help attendees identify what those specific challenges are, categorize those challenges on the project lifecycle, and discover ways to address those challenges.
