Michael Price will present "Shifting organizational culture through process maturity" at PDC 2019: Convergence.
About the Presentation
Organizational change is tough; introducing process rigor into an organization that has not been governed by these principles is even tougher. Sentara IT is modernizing structure and process to support and enable organization growth at scale. This presentation will focus on planning and change management associated with creating a sustained project management rigor throughout an organization, as well as highlighting incremental wins and lessons learned along the way.
